Draw rectangular loops around the black circles and through every white circle.
Controls
Drag between two cells to draw a rectangular loop. Each loop must contain exactly one black circle, and every white circle must lie on at least one loop. A number on a black circle shows how many white circles its loop passes through. Tap a loop to remove it.
