Sudoku with arrows for the first three cells. Both main diagonals must also contain each digit once. The four extra 3×3 windows must each contain every digit once.

Solve the sudoku. An arrow means the nearest three cells are in order with the highest at the arrow tip; without an arrow they are not monotonic.
