Draw one loop through every white circle while each region keeps a consistent behaviour.
Controls
Draw a single closed loop that visits every white circle and avoids black circles. Inside one region, all white circles must behave the same way: either the loop turns at all of them or passes straight through all of them. Tap near a cell edge to add or remove a line; drag between adjacent cells to connect them.
