Place one balloon and one iron ball in every region.
Controls
Each region must contain exactly one white balloon and one black iron ball. A white balloon must sit at the top of its column, directly below a black wall, or directly below another white balloon. A black iron ball must sit at the bottom of its column, directly above a black wall, or directly above another black iron ball. Black cells are walls and are not part of any region.
