Balance Loop
Draw one loop where white circles have equal arms and black circles have unequal arms.
Controls
Draw a single closed loop that visits every circle. A white circle must have equal straight distances to the next turn on both sides. A black circle must have unequal straight distances. Tap near a cell edge to add or remove a line; drag between adjacent cells to connect them.
