Fill every cell with arrows that flow into the numbered goals.
Controls
Tap an empty cell to cycle its arrow. Adjacent arrows must point in different directions. Follow any arrow and it must eventually reach a numbered cell without looping. The number shows how many arrows flow into that goal.
